The Sirona Therapists

Leah Butler-Smith - Master NLP Practitioner, NLP Trainer, Advanced Hypnotherapist & Psychotherapist, TFT Practitioner.

Leah completed the Advanced Training in Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy, and has worked with many individuals. Leah holds the title of Senior Hypnotherapist given to therapists with a significant amount of experience working in the field of Clinical Hypnotherapy. She has worked with many of the usual problems faced and has experience with many unusual issues. However no matter what the problem, everyone is different.

Leah completed the NLP Trainer training and is qualified to teach NLP to others. She holds a TFT Practitioner qualification. Much of the higher qualifications in NLP have come from Paul Mckenna Training and involved the Master himself, Richard Bandler.  Leah made a documentray in 2007 along with Paul Mckenna about Hypnotherapy.  Leah Butler-Smith has assisted Paul Mckenna on his training seminars and has vast experience of working with those whose main aim is to train their brain and body to lose weight naturally.

Leah has met many clients who have claimed that the sessions have significantly changed their lives for the better. In the past Leah enjoyed writing articles regularly about all sorts of stress related problems and solutions. Her aim is to bring about awareness and understanding of what causes problems relating to the mind, and dispel the fear of judgement that we, particularly in this country, have over seeking assistance for these problems.

Robert Smith – Master NLP Practitioner, Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist, Senior Stress Management Practitioner, TFT

Robert's extensive experience in Sports have given him within our practice, the title of Sports psychologist and expert in the field of Performance Enhancement.  He has a wealth of experience in football and golf.  He has turned his experience towards other sports and has helped many to acheive a vast improvement in their talents.

Robert is a fully trained Master NLP Practitioner, having trained with Richard Bandler (the creator of NLP and a genius of our time), Paul McKenna (recent Sky programme has highlighted many NLP techniques) and John La Valle. Robert sees NLP, Neuro Linguistic Programming, as programming people for change. He believes that any behaviour can be changed, if the individual is willing. The wonderful thing about NLP techniques is that they are designed for rapid and effective change. Fewer and fewer sessions are required for resolving problems that some have suffered with for many years. Anxiety and fear are typically difficult to treat with mainstream methods, NLP ‘cuts to the chase’ and deals specifically with changing the feelings so they cannot be repeated. Lack of confidence and low self esteem, lie beneath many problems, NLP also encourages and promotes self confidence. Many Phobias, however long term they may have been, are often resolved with just one session. Public speaking and other common problems are also often resolved within just three sessions or less. Robert works with weight problems, habits and Smoking Cessation along with almost any other problem that begins in the mind.

Robert is also fully trained in Hypnotherapy and Counselling techniques which enable him to explore wherever necessary the root of the problem. In this way Analytical Hypnotherapy is most effective in releasing historical beliefs and creating permanent more effective positive beliefs. Robert has helped individuals with many deep rooted problems. He has worked with adult survivors of childhood abuse, victims of bullying, stress related health and emotional problems and grief.
